Passenger is an installation inspired by the intimacy of being in a car with another person. I drive a lot, as do many other people in Los Angeles. And it can be a reflective experience as it is often a time when you’re alone and in your own world. I think it’s interesting to watch someone being alone. What are they like? Who are they listening to? Do they use their turn signal when nobody else is watching?
